Tataki Squid SJ
Tataki is a Japanese fishing technique for squids where you have to "whip" small silicone colored baits, assembled to create a sequence on a terminal. Starting from here Italcanna has designed a serie of tools for this fishing style, better fitting it to our seas and preys. This is how Tataki Squid SJ is born, a 2 m (6,5 ft) long rod highly managable, light and sensible that allows this technique to be expressed at its best. Thanks to these features and paired with a casting reel it makes it possible to maintain a constant sensibility on baits' feelings, especially during the fall towards the bottom where most of the times squids bite and it's usually harder to feel them. That's why only with a rod like this you will be able to feel them all, then thanks to the casting reel it will be easy to stop the spool with a finger and immediately start the recovery.
The rod is also available in a version for spinning reels (fixed spools).
